Phala Phala Wildlife is a privately owned 4 500 hectare wildlife game farm situated some 43 km west of Bela-Bela in the Limpopo Province. It is located within the Central Bushveld Bio-region.

Phala Phala is a new “rare game” breeding undertaking that seeks to contribute to the extension and deepening of South Africa’s conservation efforts, particularly the preservation of South Africa’s wildlife heritage.

We intend to breed top quality animals and conserve the environment in which our farm is located. Our breeding programme is focused on producing top quality animals such as:

  • Disease-free Buffalo (East African and Madikwe)
  • White Impala
  • Black Impala
  • Roan Antelope
  • Sable Antelope (Zambian, West Zambian and Matetsi)
  • Golden Wildebeest
  • Livingstone Eland
  • Saddle Back Impala
  • Black Kudu

Phala Phala Wildlife is decidedly a rare game breeder of the future. We have focused on acquiring the best genetics in Buffalo, White Impala, Sable Antelope, Roan Antelope and Golden Oryx. The offspring of these well-chosen top quality animals are proof that our targeted strategy of genetic choice is correct.
